The hands-on live simulation in a bank-like environment. Teams investigate incidents, protect assets and make response decisions under time pressure.

Participants who complete the required exercises receive a certificate recognising the skills practiced during the session.
The Rabbit Hole
Dive into the attack chain. The Rabbit Hole is an online pre-event module that introduces participants to a number of common vulnerability classes and attack techniques. It is designed to prepare you for the hands-on simulation by giving practical, explorable examples.
Each path in The Rabbit Hole covers a different vulnerability category.
SQL Injection
Learn about the techniques used to exploit SQL injection vulnerabilities, including how to construct and manipulate SQL queries.
Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)
Understand the different types of XSS vulnerabilities and how you can exploit them to steal sensitive information or perform unauthorized actions on behalf of users.
Insecure Deserialization
See how untrusted data can be deserialized by a program in an unsafe manner, leading to potential security breaches such as privilege escalation.
Hack the Bank
After completing The Rabbit Hole, you'll have gathered the necessary knowledge to immerse yourself in the interactive, hands-on session of Hack the Bank.
Join us at our headquarters in Utrecht for an exclusive journey. Equipped with a computer connected to the internet, you'll have your own environment and tools to penetrate the bank's systems. Feel free to leverage this setup and optionally adjust it to your liking, to explore vulnerabilities and execute attacks.
- Teams of two will work together to penetrate the bank's systems.
- Coffee, tea and sodas will be available during the session.
- Should you encounter any obstacles or have questions, our team of experts will be on standby to provide assistance and guidance.
- All teams will compete against each other to see who can extract the most money and penetrate the bank's systems the fastest.
- The winning team will be awarded a grand prize.
- At the end of the session, the results will be presented and the winning team will be announced. Key takeaways will be discussed and the session will be concluded with a Q&A.
Certificate
A digital certificate will be issued to everyone who has successfully completed Hack the Bank and sufficiently completed The Rabbit Hole.
To receive the certificate, the following must be met:
- At least 80% of the questions in The Rabbit Hole must be completed.
- The Hack the Bank session must be successfully completed.
Anyone who meets these criteria will receive a certificate after the session.
